As a Desktop Support Engineer at Fidelis Technologies, you will be responsible for providing Level 1/2 desktop support to end users. This includes troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues. You will be involved in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and printers. Additionally, user account management, email configuration, and backup support will be part of your daily tasks. Location & Schedule: You will be based in Chandivali, Andheri (Mumbai) and the role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience. The notice period for this position is immediate to 15 days, and the shift is rotational. The working days are 6 days a week with Sunday as a fixed off day. While previous Team Lead experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Other Responsibilities: In this role, you will need to coordinate with vendors and escalate issues when necessary. It is imperative to maintain asset records and service logs efficiently. The job type is full-time, and the work location is in person.
