Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform desktop applications using Electron, Node.js, and React.js.
• Implement scalable front-end architectures with React, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Manage application build, packaging, and deployment using npm, yarn, and webpack.
• Work with SQLite and integrate third-party libraries to support application functionality.
• Implement encryption, decryption, and security principles for data protection.
• Develop and optimize real-time communication features such as messaging, notifications, voice, and video calls using WebRTC/RingRTC.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA engineers.
• Debug, optimize, and enhance application performance across multiple platforms.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in JavaScript and cross-platform application development.
  

Hands-on Expertise With

• Electron.js (5+ years, at least one production-level app built)
• Node.js (4+ years)
• React.js (4+ years)
• JavaScript (ES6) (3+ years)
• Webpack (5+ years)
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, SCSS, and Sass.
• Good understanding of npm, yarn, Node packages, and application lifecycle.
• Experience with SQL/SQLite databases.
• Familiarity with encryption/decryption, WebRTC/RingRTC, and real-time communication systems.
• Prior experience working on messenger/chat applications with voice/video calling features is highly desirable.
