What you’ll do

• Lead and mentor a team of designers across graphic, digital, and product design.
• Oversee brand design, ensuring a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Translate business goals and marketing campaigns into compelling creative outputs.
• Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Manage end-to-end creative projects — from concept to execution — with timelines in mind.
• Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and processes to keep our brand fresh and relevant.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience in design, with at least 2 years in a managerial/lead role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns, digital assets, and brand work.
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to balance creative vision with business objectives.
• Experience working in startups/fast-paced environments is a plus.
