Design Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for receiving ideas from the market and sales team using the New Products Evaluation form (NPE-1) and analyzing these ideas for initial evaluation. Your role will involve: - Collecting new ideas for product development - Assessing feasibility with the company's manufacturing technology and capabilities - Determining market needs and key properties - Being involved in concept design, product definition, project justification, and project planning As a key member of the new product development department, you will lead with accountability and responsibility. Your tasks will include making and designing new products with a unique selling point (USP) to meet market demands.
