Design Manager

About ANJ Creations Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the design team to deliver high-quality visual content across all media
Develop and execute strategic design plans that align with business and client goals
Oversee the creative direction for social media, digital banners, branding, brochures, motion graphics, and video
Collaborate with account managers, content teams, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective project execution
Review and approve design work, ensuring it meets brand standards and client expectations
Provide mentorship, performance feedback, and skill development support to junior and senior designers
Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our creative output fresh and innovative

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or related field
8+ years of experience
in graphic design, with at least
3 years in a team leadership/managerial role
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and design collaboration tools (Figma, XD)
Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence across digital, print, and motion graphics
Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple design projects in a fast-paced environment
