Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners. Provide after-sales support and resolve any customer queries or complaints. Gather feedback to improve customer satisfaction and product relevance. 5. Product Knowledge & Technical Support Objective : Act as a knowledgeable representative and first point of contact for product support. Responsibilities: Be thoroughly familiar with product specifications, grades, applications, and benefits. Support clients in selecting the right grade/type of reflective tape based on commercial vehicles. Address client queries on application, durability, compliance, and warranty. 6. Reporting & Documentation Submit daily/weekly sales reports and visit summaries to the Sales Manager. Maintain updated records of client interactions, orders, payments, and delivery status. Assist in forecasting demand and inventory planning based on field insights. 7. Market Intelligence Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and promotions in the local market. About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in daily operations. The ideal candidate will assist with preparing quotations, purchase orders, and proforma invoices, as well as managing customer follow-ups and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, production, and dispatch teams. Experience in the signage or manufacturing industry is an advantage. Key Responsibilities Prepare quotations, Purchase Orders (PO), Proforma Invoices (PI) and other sales documents accurately and on time. Coordinate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and ensure timely responses. Follow up with customers on quotations, orders, payments, and delivery schedules. Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and order tracking sheets. Coordinate with the production and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of road signage products. Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp. Assist in preparing sales reports, monthly summaries, and performance tracking.
