Job Description

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify potential business clusters
  • Develop a robust client pipeline through field scouting, cold calls, referrals, and digital channels.
  • follow up on sales leads through field visits, calls, and emails.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

2. Territory Management

  • Cover assigned territories within Uttar Pradesh effectively.
  • Plan and execute market visits to maximize outreach and coverage.
  • Maintain a daily route plan and submit activity reports.

3. Site Visit & Field Monitoring

Objective

Responsibilities:

  • Visit sites where reflective tape is being applied.
  • Monitor application process and ensure proper handling as per product guidelines.
  • Provide on-site guidance to client teams or subcontractors.
  • Capture usage patterns, performance feedback, and any issues.
  • Document findings and field feedback to product/technical team.

4. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve any customer queries or complaints.
  • Gather feedback to improve customer satisfaction and product relevance.

5. Product Knowledge & Technical Support

Objective

Responsibilities:

  • Be thoroughly familiar with product specifications, grades, applications, and benefits.
  • Support clients in selecting the right grade/type of reflective tape based on commercial vehicles.
  • Address client queries on application, durability, compliance, and warranty.

6. Reporting & Documentation

  • Submit daily/weekly sales reports and visit summaries to the Sales Manager.
  • Maintain updated records of client interactions, orders, payments, and delivery status.
  • Assist in forecasting demand and inventory planning based on field insights.

7. Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and promotions in the local market.
  • Share market trends and feedback with the management for strategic planning.
