Design Manager

You will be working as a Design Manager at Indroyal Furniture Company Pvt Ltd, a company dedicated to helping customers in designing their dream homes with high-quality furniture selections and total interior customisations. Your role will involve overseeing the design process, managing a team of designers, collaborating with other departments, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality modular kitchen & furniture designs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage the design process and workflow - Lead a team of designers effectively - Collaborate with various departments for project coordination - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality modular kitchen & furniture designs **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, 3D modeling software, and Adobe Creative Suite with a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in leading a design team - Strong leadership and team management skills - Experience in project management and coordinating design projects - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of modular kitchen & furniture design trends and materials - Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Interior Design, or a related field Please note that candidates from Kerala who can join on short notice will be given preference.,
