Role Description

full-time, on-site role

designing systems, workflows, and experiences for complex enterprise users

You will own design across research, platform experience, and visual narrative—helping translate advanced intelligence into experiences that are usable, trustworthy, and embedded into everyday decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

* Define and own the design architecture for a modular, AI-native enterprise platform

* Design coherent user experiences across multiple products, workflows, and user roles

* Translate complex intelligence and data into intuitive, actionable interfaces

* Balance speed of product development with long-term usability, consistency, and low maintenance overhead

* Conduct and guide research to understand real-world workflows, constraints, and decision-making contexts

* Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and AI teams from early concept through delivery

* Establish and evolve design systems, patterns, and standards across the platform

* Review and maintain quality across all design outputs, ensuring alignment with business and product strategy

* Contribute to product storytelling, demos, and narratives for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

UX design, interaction design, and system-level product design

enterprise software, platforms, or complex-domain products

* Ability to think in terms of workflows, roles, states, and decision journeys—not just screens

* Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems

Figma

* Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to cross-functional teams

* Leadership capability to guide design direction and mentor future team members

* Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards

* Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field

* Prior experience in early-stage or founding teams
