In This Position, You Will Get To Preparation of various detail engineering: design and documentation for electrical heat system within engineering department. To carry out various electrical heat tracing detail engineering design and documentation. To carry out Electrical Power distribution engineering covering Cable selection, voltage drop calculations, Panel GA & wiring diagram review, EHT layouts, Single Line Diagram for EHT system Understanding and ability to work with Process P&ID’s, Piping ISO, Mechanical drawings, Instrument inputs etc. for EHT design. Responsible for Quality & accuracy within budgeted time & schedule. To interface with other team members, departments & with clients / suppliers. Exposure to 3D model Plant Electrical model, preferred but not essential. Responsible to handle Power Distribution Design-Engineering of Panel, Power distribution, C&M and FAT activities with Quality, within budgeted cost & schedule for Electrical Heat Tracing projects. To manage and handle multiple projects power distribution & C&M activities. Responsible for performance for high accuracy, schedule and budget for all projects Responsible for co-ordination with other departments (Estimation, Procurement, Projects), clients, suppliers and sites. Responsible for cost optimized design of project. Responsible to lead and allocate work to Engineers, Designers of various level Responsible for follow up with Hot scope lead for creating BFD, Design Guidelines – One Note & Lynx Project Set-up Responsible for planning & scheduling weekly requirements & deployments related to Power distribution Responsible for monitoring project progress , guide & support TL to take corrective step to meet schedule Responsible for Approval of various detail engineering design and documentation Responsible for “First Time Right” Responsible for supporting various development activities in the department To guide team members technically and in project execution To support Proposal for BOM and Costing when required Responsible for Techno-commercial optimized design & reports You Have Degree in Electrical Engineering Experience in Engineering : Industrial Electrical projects, experience in Power distribution, Panel and Electrical Heat Tracing Design Engineering /Field -Site services. 5 - 10 years+ experience in Electrical Power Distribution, Panel, Transformer engineering and Electrical Heat tracing (preference) etc Skills : Good communication skills , Team player, Confidence & Team player Tools : MS-Office, AutoCAD , exposure to 3D tools, advance in Excel (preference) At Chemelex We protect places of progress through electric excellence.
