As an Assistant Manager in the Sales & Marketing function of the UPS (Non-core) division based in Noida (Uttar Pradesh), your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aimed at driving revenue growth and increasing market share in the UPS segment across India. You will be expected to identify and target key market segments, customizing sales approaches to meet the unique needs and demands of each segment effectively. Building and nurturing strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and industry influencers will be crucial to expanding the customer base and driving business growth. In this role, you will lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, offering guidance, training, and support to ensure the achievement of both individual and team sales targets. It will also be your responsibility to oversee the preparation of techno-commercial offers, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with customer requirements. High-level negotiations with customers, channel partners, and suppliers to secure favorable terms and close significant sales deals will be part of your routine tasks. Collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service will be essential to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats will be crucial. You will need to provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on your analysis. Additionally, developing and maintaining sales forecasts, budgets, and reports, and presenting regular updates and progress to senior management will be required.
