Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager in the Sales & Marketing function of the UPS (Non-core) division, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the UPS segment across India. Your responsibilities will include identifying key market segments, building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, leading the sales team, overseeing techno-commercial offers, conducting negotiations, collaborating with internal teams, monitoring market trends, and representing the company at industry events. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the UPS segment across India. - Identify and target key market segments, developing tailored sales approaches to meet the unique needs of each segment. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and industry influencers to expand the customer base and drive business growth. - Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team sales targets. - Oversee the preparation of techno-commercial offers, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with customer requirements. - Conduct high-level negotiations with customers, channel partners, and suppliers to secure favorable terms and close significant sales deals. - Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats, providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior management. - Develop and maintain sales forecasts, budgets, and reports, presenting regular updates and progress to senior management. - Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, promoting the company's UPS solutions and strengthening its market presence. Qualifications Required: - B.E. or Diploma in Power Electronics, Electronics & Communication, or Electrical Engineering. - 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing. - Preferred knowledge in LV & MV Drives.
