Job Description

Senior Executive / Asst. Manager

1. OEM Sales (North Delhi / South Bangalore)

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential OEM customers.
Maintain and grow relationships with OEM clients.
Support sales planning, product demos, and technical proposals.
Track leads and report sales progress.
Collaborate with engineering/product teams to meet customer requirements.

Requirements:

510 years of OEM sales experience in battery manufacturing (Lithium preferred, Lead-acid acceptable).
Bachelor’s in Engineering or Science + MBA preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel.

2. Export Sales (Gulf / Africa / Asia)-work location Bangalore/Delhi

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute export sales strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with overseas clients.
Support contract negotiations and pricing.
Coordinate shipments and ensure compliance with export regulations.
Track market trends and report sales performance.

Requirements:

5–10 years of export sales experience (battery manufacturing preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Familiarity with export documentation and logistics.
Willingness to travel internationally.
