This role is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering manufacturing projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate should be able to manage multiple projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and drive results through strong leadership and problem-solving skills. A solid understanding of manufacturing processes, product development life cycles, and risk management is essential. Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple manufacturing projects from planning to completion. Work closely with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams. Track project progress and provide regular updates to senior management. Ensure projects follow timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Identify risks early and implement solutions to avoid delays or issues. Support product development from design to launch. Guide and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Drive complete project life cycle; define & manage scope, plans, costs, timelines, and resources Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field 8+ years of experience in project/program management within manufacturing Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills Proven ability to manage people and solve problems proactively Familiar with project management tools and manufacturing workflows Certifications like PMP or Lean Six Sigma are a plus
