We have a requirement for the position of Manager or Sr Manager or AGM Costing role.

Process: Sheet Metal experience with good command in costing and know-how of Turret, Bending, Laser Cutting and Stamping .
1. Cost estimation & cost validation of all type Sheet Metal Components including sub-assemblies & assemblies
2. Drawing study & preparation of bill of material.
3. Taking care of Costing & Marketing department activities, i.e. RFQ (Domestic & International) response, Estimation, Technical discussions, & customer interactions, etc.
4. Technical feasibility review of all RFQ 's with the concerned departments. (Co-ordination with sales, internal sales, NPD, design, assembly, quality, Purchase etc)
5. Should be capable of guiding team in BOM Preparation, Arriving at cost like Raw material, Process cost, Man Power cost, Machineries cost etc and review and prepare the final quote for submitting with the customer
6. Capable of handling the RFQ's independently (from Receiving of RFQ to submission and till getting the PO from customers)
