Job Description

We have a requirement for Operations Head for one of our plants in Bangalore.

We are looking for the candidate with good experience in Sheet Metal Industry with good command in process like Sheet Metal - Stamping Process, Powder coating, Welding, Assembly and Machining process.

Work Location : Nagarur (Bangalore)

Position objective:

To lead and guide the team of functional heads and to successfully steer the Organization to achieve its business objectives. Create a culture of customer first and provide the best solutions to the customers by maintaining a highly motivated and engaged team at the plant level.

Execution of Business Plan
Operational efficiency

Financial Metrics
People Metrics

Mandatory skills

Ability to articulate the Business Plans and programs
Ability to support technically to various functions in resolving the problems.
Must have an eye on details; constant review of performance and give candid feedback.
Ability to work under pressure and handle complex projects.
Good time management skills and deliver as committed.
Must be a strong people manager and ability resolve interpersonal conflicts.
Ability to build good rapport with customers and other stake holders
