Job Description

Job Opening: Continuous Improvement Coordinator

Department:

Position Summary:

Continuous Improvement Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and facilitate Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools.
Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements across production, quality, and maintenance.
Coordinate and conduct Kaizen events, root cause analysis (RCA), and 5S workshops.
Monitor key metrics such as OEE, scrap rate, and downtime.
Collaborate with operations, engineering, and quality teams to promote best practices.
Provide training and coaching on CI tools and practices to plant staff.
Track and report project outcomes to plant leadership.
Maintain a pipeline of CI projects aligned with plant and business objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations.
Proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred).
Strong project management, communication, and facilitation skills.
Ability to lead without authority and influence cross-functional teams.

Collaboration – working closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams
