Obtain Output Information (Number of Finished Products, Percentage of Defectives etc. ).
Ensure Daily Production Requirements are achieved to meet Customer Expectation.
Should do MIS Knowledge on stock management Knowledge on inventory management Distribution and dispatch.
Should be from Production/manufacturing -Sheet Metal / Press Shop background
Plan and Prioritize Operations to ensure Maximum Utilization of Plant Capacity and All Resources.
Schedule Shift according to Production needs.
Determine Manpower, Equipment and Raw Materials needed to cover Production demand.
