Ability to develop and execute Channel Partner Sales Policy.

Expertise in developing and managing Distributors, Dealers and Value Added Resellers

Deep understanding of channel distribution models

Experience of driving large Channel Sales team

Ability to train and develop Channel Sales team members and Channel Partners

Ability to resolve Channel conflicts and ensure smooth collaboration among all Channel Partners

Familiar with Channel market of major UPS Players

Have implemented Marketing Campaigns along with Channel Partners in different territories
