Role Overview:

The Design Coordinator will oversee and manage design-related activities across projects, ensuring smooth coordination between Sr. management, Business development team, client, structural consultant, fabricators and operations team. The role requires strong technical understanding, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with client and seek shell plan design drawings, layouts, and technical documents like Tower crane details required for initiating designing of safety screen system
• Seek adequate inputs from client, Sr. management and BD team and prepare Initial design data for design of Safety screen system
• Review the layout and load reactions received from structural consultant and brief client and seek approval
• Liaise between internal teams, consultants, and fabricators/ contractors to resolve design queries.
• Support in preparing and updating project design documentation and reports.
• Monitor design changes, revisions, and ensure updated records are maintained.
• Ensure design deliverables meet project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Participate in coordination meetings and track closure of design-related issues.
• Prepare a project wise design lifecycle to track progress and timely deliverables

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma in Civil/Architecture/Engineering

  (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory).
• 5-10 years of experience in design coordination (construction, real estate, or infrastructure preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office; knowledge of Revit/ BIM is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications like shell plan, sections and load calculations
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to High-rise residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on experience in coordinating with client, consultants and contractors.
