Design Coordinator

You will be joining a bespoke lighting brand that combines craftsmanship with design innovation. Our products are highly regarded for their material richness, thoughtful detailing, and custom capabilities. As a design-savvy individual, you will be responsible for seamlessly transitioning between product development and marketing design. Your role will involve close collaboration with both the production and marketing teams to bring our lighting concepts to life. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating accurate CAD drawings of new and existing lighting designs - Ensuring a smooth transition of design files to production, including necessary technical detailing - Designing brochures, social media creatives, and presentation decks - Developing monthly product catalogs for internal and customer circulation - Conceptualizing new lighting designs based on material feasibility and trend inputs - Collaborating with the founder and workshop team to refine prototypes - Designing and formatting engaging email newsletters that align with the brand tone - Conducting quality control of finished products to ensure they match design intent and specifications - Proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies with the workshop This position is available in both full-time and part-time capacities, with a day shift schedule required.
