Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Manager located in Ludhiana. The Deputy Manager will oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensure compliance with company policies, and manage a team to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, supervising loan underwriting processes, and mentoring team members to drive overall performance. The Deputy Manager will play a key role in strengthening branch operations and fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders to align with the company’s mission of socio-economic empowerment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills
• Experience in financial services, operations management, and business planning
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability to make data-driven decisions
• Effective communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of microfinance practices and financial inclusion will be advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficient in tools and technologies relevant to financial management and team coordination
