Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Collection Officer located in Bengal. The Field Collection Officer will be responsible for managing debt collection, analyzing clients' financial status, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining effective communication with clients. They will ensure timely collections, report performance metrics, and support clients in understanding their financial obligations.

• Debt Collection and Finance skills
• Strong Analytical Skills for assessing clients' financial situations
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Ability to work independently on-site
• Previous experience in microfinance or similar field is preferred
