Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Collection Officer located in Dhanbad. The Field Collection Officer will be responsible for the collection of outstanding debts, analyzing delinquent accounts, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves regular communication with clients, handling customer service inquiries, and supporting financial transactions. The officer will also ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while upholding SATYA’s commitment to responsible finance.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience in microfinance or financial services is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or related fields is beneficial
