Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Collection Officer located in Jabalpur. The responsibilities include managing debt collection activities, liaising with customers to resolve pending payments, maintaining accounts of repayments, and providing exceptional customer service during the collection process. The role also involves conducting financial analysis to identify potential risks and ensuring compliance with organizational and legal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in Debt Collection and ability to effectively recover outstanding dues
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data and assessing risks
• Proficiency in Customer Service and effective Communication with clients
• Basic knowledge of Finance and understanding of financial regulations
• Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic work environments
• Prior experience in NBFCs or EV finance is a plus
• Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or similar fields
