Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Manager at ITI Mutual Fund, located in Muzaffarpur. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, coordinating with internal teams to execute business plans, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and representing the organization professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales Operations, Client Relationship Management, and achieving sales targets.
• Strong skills in Business Development and Strategic Planning to meet organizational objectives.
• Sound knowledge of Financial Services, Mutual Funds, and Investment Products.
• Ability to foster teamwork, mentor employees, and demonstrate managerial and leadership qualities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills essential for successful project execution.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Prior experience in the financial services or mutual fund industry is a significant advantage.
