Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales of
Used Car Loan
products through direct sourcing and channel partners (DSA/DST).
Manage end-to-end loan processing including documentation, credit evaluation, and disbursement.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets for loan volumes and revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, DSAs, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Monitor portfolio quality and take proactive measures to minimize delinquency.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of
Used Car Loan
products and processes.
Experience in
DSA/DST handling
and open market sourcing.
Good understanding of credit policies and risk assessment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
Minimum
3 years of experience
in Used Car Loan sales (Banking/NBFC preferred).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
