Purpose/Objective


    will play a crucial role in driving sales initiatives, developing business strategies, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in real estate sales, a proven track record of meeting sales goals, and exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and initiatives. - Lead and manage the sales team to drive performance and meet targets. - Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategies to expand market presence. -Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend strategies for growth. - Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales metrics, forecasts, and performance evaluations. - Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other teams to optimize sales processes and maximize revenue. - Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance sales effectiveness. |- Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance. - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

Technical Competencies


    In-depth knowledge of the Real Estate industry and market trends,Proficiency in sales management software and CRM tools.,Strong understanding of financial principles and budgeting,Advanced skills in sales forecasting and report

Qualifications and Experience


    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
