Deputy Manager - Sales

Our clients are a leading large manufacturing organization in the building material industry with its head office in Mumbai. They have ambitious growth plans and have pan-India, multilocational, profitable & growing manufacturing operations.

Positions based at Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai & New Delhi

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

To drive sales in the assigned territory

Take lead and develop new project sites and increase the market share and brand presenceKnowledge of various admixture

Achieve sales and collection budget set by management

Generate business from Old and new leads

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets

Build and maintain relationships with customers, identify their needs, and maintain a customer/prospect database

Coordinate with internal teams for timely product delivery, maintain sales records, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.

Education & Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree Engineer in Chemical or Civil
• MBA is an added advantage

Experience & Domain Expertise

• 3 to 8 years experience in sales; out of that, a minimum of 2-3 years of B2B project sales experience in admixture is a must.
