B.E./B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Printing Technology & MBA in Operations / Strategy / General Management (preferred) with 10- 15 years of experience in process improvement/ Manufacturing.
Demonstrated leadership in FTR improvement, scrap reduction, and customer-centric quality enhancement.
Responsible for leading process and quality improvement initiatives across the manufacturing plant, with a strong focus on Flexo Printing operations, First Time Right (FTR) quality, and scrap reduction. The role drives operational excellence, cost savings, and customer satisfaction through the application of Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methodologies, in close collaboration with a cross-functional team.
