Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the process design team in developing and implementing new water treatment processes and technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
Develop and maintain detailed process designs, including P&IDs, flowsheets, and equipment specifications.
Conduct feasibility studies and analyze data to optimize process performance and efficiency.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and engineers.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in process design and development, preferably in water treatment.
Strong knowledge of water treatment technologies, including reverse osmosis, desalination, and ultraviolet water purification systems.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, focusing on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
