Job Description

Manage and oversee daily manufacturing operations Ensure production meets quality and safety standards Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness Implement and manage continuous improvement initiatives Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations Monitor and analyze performance metrics Develop and manage the operations budget Lead and mentor production teams to achieve operational goals Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role Strong understanding of manufacturing and production processes Excellent leadership and team management skills Effective communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in operations management software and tools Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
