Position: Senior Research Analyst- Research Coordination Summary: Coordinate research team, establish methodologies, ensure data quality, and manage projects to achieve comprehensive coverage of global copper supply chain. Job Description: Manage research project aimed at mapping global copper supply chain. Coordinate junior researchers, establish research standards, and ensure project deliverables meet quality requirements. Key Responsibilities: Develop research methodologies and data collection standards Coordinate and supervise team of junior researchers Establish data quality control and verification processes Manage project timelines and deliverable schedules Conduct complex supply chain analysis and stakeholder mapping Prepare research reports and presentations Interface with external data sources and industry contacts Lead validation efforts against official statistics Qualifications: Master's degree in economics, Business, Engineering, or related field 3-5 years' experience in market research or supply chain analysis Project management experience with research teams Strong analytical and presentation skills Experience with complex data analysis and validation Proficiency in advanced Excel and research tools Good communication skills for client presentations Preferred Background: Market research experience, consulting background, or academic research positions in economics or supply chain management.
