This is a critical leadership role focused on driving execution while working within a clear framework that supports collaboration, consistency, and transparency across teams.
1. Education: Any Graduate or Any Post Graduate with 15 - 30 years of experience in commercial kitchen and laundry workflows, from design through execution
2. Working knowledge of design software: AutoCAD, Revit (or equivalent) must
3. Experience in leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects in the hospitality or institutional space.4. Excellent planning, budgeting, and risk management skills5. Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills6. Collaborative mindset with high ownership and attention to detail
