Job Role

Responsible for unit-level operations, P&L, production, quality, and safety while ensuring compliance, process excellence, and continuous improvement to achieve organisational goals.

Job Details

Key responsibilities include:

• Operations & Process Engineering

  optimise production, reduce costs, ensure timely delivery.

• Quality & Compliance

  oversee QA/QC, implement corrective actions, and maintain regulatory standards.

• Continuous Improvement & Lean

  drive efficiency, waste reduction, Kaizen, Six Sigma.

• Safety & Maintenance

  Enforce a safety-first culture, implement preventive/predictive maintenance, and minimise downtime.

• People Leadership

  – lead, coach, and develop a 200-member workforce to achieve targets and build high morale.
