Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager - Power Plant to join our team at Regaal Resources Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power plant operations and management, with 5-10 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee the daily operations of the power plant, ensuring efficient energy production and distribution.

Develop and implement strategies to improve power plant performance, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to power plant operations.

Supervise and coordinate staff activities, providing guidance and training as needed.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and industry standards.

Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience in managing power plants, preferably in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of power generation, transmission, and distribution systems.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with industry-specific software and technologies.
