Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery.
• Coordinate between departments including sales, marketing, creative, and technical teams.
• Support and monitor operational planning, process implementation, and performance tracking.
• Assist in campaign coordination, vendor management, and client servicing as required.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign scheduling, asset approvals, and performance reporting.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and performance dashboards for management review.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Handle issue escalation and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure all operations adhere to company standards, deadlines, and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

• 3–6 years of experience in operations management

  (experience in the

  automobile industry

  preferred).

• Basic understanding of social media management

  — coordinating with creative teams, scheduling posts, and ensuring campaign execution will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM or project management tools is a plus.
• Analytical and process-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
