Job Description:

 Oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities, ensuring efficiency and optimal
performance across all departments.
 Analyse business processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing solutions
to streamline workflows.
 Manage and report on operational metrics, using advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables,
data analysis, reporting).
 Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to
timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
 Use business intelligence tools to generate insights and guide decision-making for
business strategy.
 Actively participate in the development and implementation of operational policies and
procedures.
 Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, promoting a collaborative and results-
driven work environment.
 Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal
disruption to services.
 Work with stakeholders across various departments to enhance the effectiveness of
operational processes and customer service.
 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, with a focus on healthcare
operations (if applicable), and propose improvements as needed.

Skills:

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 Strong skills in Operations Management, Business Analytics, and Business Intelligence.
 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, reporting).
 Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and reporting.
 Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet
deadlines.
 Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
 Knowledge of healthcare operations is preferred.
 Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
