Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead crossfunctional teams to deliver aerospace projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop and manage operational plans, schedules, budgets, and change controls for all project work packages.
Identify and communicate project risks while driving strong mitigation actions and problem resolution.
Act as the primary customer interface for project requests, scope changes, communication, and status updates.
Track project progress through milestones, variance analysis, budgeting, and ensuring revenue achievement.
Conduct readiness audits for new project launches and resolve bottlenecks to ensure smooth execution.
Handle RFQs/RFIs, review engineering estimates, manage pricing proposals, and coordinate capital budget approvals.

Preferred candidate profile

Experienced in leading crossfunctional teams and managing aerospace projects with strong planning, scheduling, and budgeting skills.
Excellent customer handling, stakeholder communication, and riskmanagement capabilities.
Proficient in SAP (PP/MM) with knowledge of AS9100, Nadcap, and aerospace quality standards.
Strong analytical, decisionmaking, and problemsolving skills with experience in RFQs/RFIs and cost estimation.
