Role & responsibilities for Officer - Electrical Maintenance: Plan and implement daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance schedules for electrical systems in: Injection Moulding Machines Tool Room Machines Leak Testing Equipment Utility Equipment (Compressors, Chillers, Cooling Towers etc.) Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) Respond quickly to and resolve electrical breakdowns across all machines and systems to minimize downtime. Identify root causes and implement permanent corrective actions. Take complete ownership of electrical maintenance activities during the assigned shift. Ensure machine availability and coordinate with production and utility teams for any electrical interventions. Skills Required: Strong understanding of PLC, sensors, wiring, control panels, and drives . Practical knowledge of electrical maintenance in injection moulding operations . Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics . Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults effectively and promptly. Maintain records of maintenance schedules, breakdowns, spare part usage, and improvements. Follow safety and compliance standards during all maintenance activities. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of mechanical systems in injection moulding operations. Ability to read mechanical drawings and troubleshoot independently. Familiarity with utilities like compressors, cooling towers, chillers, and leak testing machines.
