Sales and Marketing (Assistant Manager Position & Head Position)

Key Responsibilities: 1. Enquiry Management, Customer Acquisition, Business Orders, Existing Customer Growth, Budget Planning 2. Knowledgeable in technical areas of the group's scope, or having demonstrated ability to achieve a high level of proficiency in a short period of time. 3. Provide technical assistance and information to coordinate with other departments, formulate product specifications and update it as and when required. 4. Any Change in existing supplied item should implement track through proper engineering change note (ECN) and change requests. 5. Interfacing with Internal and External clients/ Customers to deliver updates, design. 6. Good team working skills Self-motivated, flexible, proactive and committed. 7. Able to prepare/handle Export Dispatch Documents & Coordinate with transporter (Export Logistic Activities). 8. Co-ordinate with CFT to resolve all issues, organize & lead CFT meetings for same to ensure completion within required timeframe. 9. PAN India customer exposure of meeting and travelling to customers, participate in trade shows. 10. Expert in competitor bench marking, customer profiling. pert in competitor bench marking, customer profiling. 11. Experienced and knowledgeable with customer systems 12. Should have dealt with Customers purchasing, engineering and product development teams. 13. Proficient in presentations, excel charts/ pivots / macros 14. Should have experience in Annual planning, long term forecasts, management reporting, 15. Sales and Industry Analysis and statistical knowledge 16. Good negotiations skills, costing and commercial knowledge. Managing RFQs end to end), pricing / commodity / Share of Business Negotiations. Proficient in English. 17. Eager to learn, target oriented and committed to meet customer satisfaction and sales target 18. Global exposure will be added advantage. Note : Candidates working in Control Panel, Wiring Harness, Genset Industry and Automobile Electric Component Manufacturing Industry with OEM sales Experience will be preferred. Candiates having experience with OEM Sales with 3+ years experience can apply for Executive Sales position.
