Officer - Maintenance (Electrical 2 position / Mechanical 2 position)

Role & responsibilities for Officer - Electrical Maintenance:

• Plan and implement

  daily, weekly, and monthly

  preventive maintenance schedules for electrical systems in:

• Injection Moulding Machines

• Tool Room Machines

• Leak Testing Equipment

• Utility Equipment

  (Compressors, Chillers, Cooling Towers etc.)

• Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)

• Respond quickly to and resolve

  electrical breakdowns

  across all machines and systems to minimize downtime.
• Identify root causes and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Take

  complete ownership of electrical maintenance activities

  during the assigned shift.
• Ensure machine availability and coordinate with production and utility teams for any electrical interventions.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of

  PLC, sensors, wiring, control panels, and drives

  .
• Practical knowledge of electrical maintenance in

  injection moulding operations

  .
• Ability to read and interpret

  electrical diagrams and schematics

  .
• Capable of shift handling and decision-making

Key Responsibilities for Officer - Mechanical Maintenance:

• Plan and execute

  daily, weekly, and monthly

  preventive maintenance schedules for all machines and equipment.
• Conduct detailed inspection and maintenance of

  Injection Moulding Machines, Tool Room Machines, Leak Testing Machines, STP, and Utility Equipment

  .
• Maintain and monitor all preventive maintenance checkpoints and checklists.
• Lead and support the team in handling

  mechanical breakdowns

  , ensuring minimal downtime.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults effectively and promptly.
• Maintain records of maintenance schedules, breakdowns, spare part usage, and improvements.
• Follow safety and compliance standards during all maintenance activities.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems in injection moulding operations.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and troubleshoot independently.
• Familiarity with utilities like compressors, cooling towers, chillers, and leak testing machines.

Team leadership and coordination skills.
