Job Summary

Collaborate with product managers developers and stakeholders to define user experience requirements.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Design wireframes prototypes and user interface elements that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
Apply UX best practices and principles to improve product usability and accessibility.
Analyse user feedback and usage data to continuously optimize the user experience.
Stay current with industry trends tools and technologies related to UX design Work closely with UI designers to ensure cohesive and visually appealing designs.

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the design of user centered digital experiences from concept through execution.
Create detailed wireframes storyboards user flows and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Conduct user research interviews and surveys to understand user needs and behaviours.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate UX designs with business goals and technical constraints.
Advocate for users by incorporating accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
Facilitate usability testing sessions and iterate designs based on feedback.
Maintain design documentation and guidelines to ensure consistency across products
