Maintain and analyze sales reports, comparing actual performance against budgeted targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and follow up with the facility for timely dispatches.
Liaise with the QA department to fulfill customer documentation requirements and arrange samples when required.
Follow up with the customer for the inquiry/sample analysis/Order status
Identify new target customers for each molecule using available molecule and export data.

Provide

Monitor and ensure regular updating of customer data, inquiries, and quotation records.
Conduct
domestic business travel
to meet customers and maintain detailed records of discussions and follow-ups.
Closely monitor and guide the teams performance to ensure achievement of business targets.
Represent the company at trade shows and international exhibitions such as CPhI India and CPhI Worldwide to promote business and establish new connections.
