Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Manager at NTL Logistics India, based in Gurugram. Key responsibilities include overseeing and managing supply chain operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining smooth collaboration between different logistics and transportation teams. The role also involves optimizing processes, monitoring key performance metrics, managing inventory, and ensuring high service quality. The Deputy Manager will actively contribute to improving operational efficiency and meeting customer satisfaction goals. Qualifications Experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and Transportation operations Proficiency in Inventory Management, Process Optimization, and Distribution Operations Strong skills in Team Leadership, Decision-Making, and Project Management Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Problem-Solving abilities Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Prior experience in the logistics or transportation industry is preferred Proficiency with logistics software and tools is an advantage
