Key Responsibilities

• :Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with AS/IFR
• SPrepare the

• sAssist in the preparation of monthly MIS report

  s, including performance summaries and variance analysi

• sManage intercompany transaction

• nOversee monthly and annual provision

  s, including accruals for expenses, liabilities, and contingencie

• sMonitor and account for prepaid expense

  s, ensuring timely amortization and accurate reportin

• gMaintain the Fixed Asset Registe

  r, ensuring accurate capitalization, tagging, and classification of asset

• sPrepare and review depreciation working

  s, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and useful life policie

• sManage month-end and year-end closing activitie

  s for group accounting, ensuring timely and accurate reporting across all entitie
• sCoordinate with global finance teams for foreign currency adjustments and transfer pricing complianc
• eAssist in implementation of various tools and financial system upgrade
• sLiaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authoritie
• sMentor junior finance staff and promote financial best practice

sQualifications & Experienc

• e:CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivale
• ntMinimum 2 years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and intercompany accounti
• ngStrong understanding of AS, IFRS, and global accounting practic
• esExperience working with foreign subsidiaries or multinational organizatio
• nsProficiency in MS Excel, Tally, SAP, or other ERP syste
