Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Deputy Manager. The Deputy Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure project delivery timelines are met, and coordinate between various departments. Responsibilities include managing teams, conducting market research, handling client interactions, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Deputy Manager will also play a key role in strategizing for business growth and implementing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Project Management and Team Leadership skills
• Market Research and Data Analysis skills
• Client Relationship Management skills and Customer Service experience
• Knowledge of Real Estate industry regulations and compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or related field; MBA is a plus
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in real estate
