Role Overview:

The Sales Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, technical proposals, and supporting the sales team in securing projects related to FPS and PHE systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to interpret project specifications and drawings to deliver competitive and compliant bids.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications for FPS PHE systems.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, including material, labor, and subcontracting costs.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for pricing and technical compliance.
• Develop technical and commercial proposals in line with client requirements.
• Support the sales team during pre-bid and post-bid discussions with clients and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and company guidelines.
• Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, competitor pricing, and new technologies.
• Collaborate with design and project teams for accurate estimation and value engineering.

Qualifications Skills:

• Education:

  Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering or related field.

• Experience:

  3-6 years in estimation for FPS PHE systems in building services or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of NFPA, NBC, and relevant codes for fire protection and plumbing systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
