Deputy Manager – Delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and onboard freelance faculty across technical (IT), data science, and management domains.
• Build and enhance the faculty database to meet current and future delivery needs.
• Manage and maintain up-to-date records of faculty information, availability, feedback, and performance.
• Handle end-to-end

  faculty management

  including negotiations, contracts, and engagement terms.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of faculty with client training needs and schedules.
• Meet

  TAT (Turnaround Time)

  targets for faculty sourcing and assignment.
• Lead a small team (2–3 members) while also being an individual contributor when required.
• Ensure delivery readiness by verifying faculty competence, availability, and engagement compliance.
• Prepare MIS reports, delivery dashboards, and other analytics as required using Excel.
• Collaborate with content, sales, and delivery teams to ensure high-quality training experiences for clients.
• Continuously identify opportunities for faculty network growth and quality improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any technical field (preferred).
• 4–8 years of experience in faculty/vendor sourcing, delivery coordination, or training operations.
• Proven experience in managing freelance trainers in tech, data science, and management.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and data management tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in both individual contribution and team leadership roles.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to learning & development, training delivery models, or ed-tech.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and delivery tracking tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and generate insights.
