Drawing & Documentation Review

Interpret civil drawings, monitor revisions, coordinate with design teams, and maintain proper documentation.

Progress Monitoring & Reporting

Track daily/weekly progress and share MIS, DPR/WPR reports with management.

Risk Management & Issue Resolution

Identify site challenges, propose corrective actions, and ensure minimal impact on timelines.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

Act as a point of contact with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
